+ -1 moreIf you have dial-up, they tend to make you suffer with the slowest service. They offered accelerated internet service which I upgraded to. I would give their billing department an absolute F. Every (6) months or so, they would call me and say the check I sent was incorrect. Their technicians are really good but their billing department is terrible. They have high-speed and DSL available, the high-speed is available by me but not the DSL.
Description of Work: I have used them for internet service for a few years.
