Ned Biege is the owner, He was very helpful and explained everything and always returned my phone calls within a few hours. On install day the crew arrived on time and went straight to work. They were neat clean and professional. After they were done they explained how everything worked and cleaned up. You would never know they were their. I'm very happy with the job Ned and his crew did. If i ever need another door I will be calling them!

The workers were punctual and very nice. They cleaned up the garage after install and took the time to show me how to use the opener and the keypad.

Last night the torsion spring that assist the garage door in opening broke. After several calls including ones to those on Angies list I settled on Palmerton Garage Doors to repair the door. Their price was $100.00 lower than anyone else's. They innitially told me sometime next week but were able to come out and do the repairs today. Jason was the repairman and he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The repair went extremely smoothly and quickly. There were no hidden charges or repairs made other than what I had authorized and was quoted. I highly reccomend this company to anyone needing garage door work or installation.
