Fair price, professional work, job completed on time and on schedule. The new floor looks great!

Mark is very pleasant to work with. He is very professional and did a great job for us. He did a great job and was very efficient while doing the work. We used special grouting that didn't require the maintenence that cheaper grouting would have. We would definitely highly recommend using him in the future. Mark worked with Jay and they were very nice and helpful.

  Because of his AAA personality, I would not hire him again.
                      If you are looking for a good price, and can put up with some difficulties,  hire this fellow.

Mark was recommended by a contractor, that I later fired for not doing an adequate job. (This job started because we got a new clothes dryer and needed a new vent hole in the floor.) The original job was to replace our bathroom floor. I asked the contractor to replace the sub-flooring and put new insulation under the new sub-flooring. What he did was just replace a couple pieces of the floor that were damaged, and let it go at that. When Marc's assistant came to put in the porcelain tile, he said the whole sub-flooring would have to be replaced or the porcelain tiles would crack from vibrations from the washing machine. (Just what I told the contractor previously). Since we had to reschedule, we added the kitchen and living room to our list of floors to be replaced, while on vacation. (My wife has asthma, so we were out of the house during the process.) Mark is also trustworthy and honest. When we got home, the job was done correctly, and the mobile home looked beautiful. I did pick up the Allure flooring and porcelain tile myself, so that was not added to the cost. Mark picked up the hard wood flooring. I would highly recommend Mark Henning.
