They took a lot of time to investigate the best solution (working around the creek), found a company to do the drilling, and coordinated everything with the water company. Very satisfied with their work.

We recently bought a house in Palmerton and the inspection revealed some plumbing issues that needed to be repaired and updated. In addition we wanted to have a cellar toilet and shower removed. We couldn't be happier with the work done by Desousa. Their workmen arrived on time and were extremely courteous. They explained exactly how they would go about making the repairs. The workmen were efficient and left the work area cleaner than they had found it. From the original estimate to the completion, every aspect of the project was completed with the utmost professionalism. I recommend them to all of my friends for plumbing and heating needs and will continue to do so!

Not happy that they wanted to replace the furnace and claimed they could not get the needed part when I readily managed to do so. They did a good job of routine maintainance work.

They are my oil and heating company. They bring oil and service my hot water heater burner. We had a flood in the basement, and our sump pump didn't work. When they did oil, I talked to them about it. They came downstairs and understood the issue with the drainage system in the foundation. It was actually being drained into my sump pump, which goes out to my septic tank. The septic tank should be all dirty water. For whatever reason, my pure water was going to it. Whoever built my house did poor work. They said they would create a new sump pump hole next to it, make the foundation drains go into that sump pump hole, and create a system that would drain the clear water outside of my foundation down the hill. They did it in an afternoon. It was simple; snap your fingers and it was done. It was outstanding. I thought they were just oil and heating, but they do other work, too. They took care of it. Not only did I need a new sump pump; I needed a brand new sump pump in the current sump pump hole. They took care of that, as well, and made sure that my sump pump for the laundry water and the rough-in for the bathroom and the basement were going to the correct sump pump hole. The foundation drain was going to a different correct sump pump hole. I had no problems. I lived here for 13 years, and I never knew that there was a problem when they built it. Whoever did it, they did it wrong. The cost for the process to fix the issue was great. Their work was outstanding. They pretty much do everything if they understand how to do it, though they might not advertise it. Their bid was way below the current bids I have, and I was dealing with strictly plumbers.

My furnace wasn't working properly so called to have a technician take a look at it. They arrived the same day. They identified the problem and ordered the necessary parts. They also recommend replacing a couple of other parts which I already believed were in need of replacing. When all parts were in, they came to my house and completed the job. They left no mess indicating they were even here. Great job! I will continue to use them for my HVAC repairs.
