Upgraded to 500Mbps TV buffers more due to technician installing wirelessly. Then had to pay for equipment to hook up to LAN. Should have been included with installation package. But, nope.

Their prices are a little high. I wish they could be cheaper. The quality is good. When you call there, they're right there. They have technicians there answering and to take care of whatever you need. They're usually right on top of things.
