While MB Roofing did a good job it was a little tough to nail down a date for when the project was going to start.  Once we had a date the crews showed up and completed the large job in 4 days straight.  While there are a few items, such as a dented down spout, overall workmanship appears to be top notch. The crews were also conscience of the weather overnight and made sure no parts of the roof were exposed during rains we had.  We've since have had heavy rain and the roof seemed to be leak free as expected.
We would hire MB Roofing again.  The 10 year warranty they offer is nice and gives you peace of mind.  We hope they honor this policy if any problems arise, which we think they will.

I have mixed reviews for Matt from MB roofing. My wife and I had agreed to purchase a town home but learned during the home inspection that the roof would need to be totally replaced. I was in a rush to get a quick estimate so that we could go back to the seller with our terms if we were to go forward with the purchase. I called 6 different companies and attempted to set up a time to get an estimate within the next two days. Matt was the only one who called me back and we scheduled a time for him to come out. He met me at the home in two days and gave me an estimate of a little over $3,000 to do the job.
We ended up buying the home and moving in in early March. I contacted Matt to let him know that we wanted him to do the job. He was the only estimate we obtained but I liked him and I felt that $3,000 was a good price based on talking with other homeowners in the neighborhood. We put 1/3 down and he told me that he would call me within the next week to schedule a time for him and his crew to come out. After two weeks, I gave him a call and ended up leaving a message. I did not hear back for at least another week. At this point i was getting a little nervous that I had put my deposit down and still hadn't heard anything back. Matt eventually called me back a few days later and set up a day to do the work. 
I left for work that day and when I arrived back home the job was complete. He never left me a receipt so I called him to see how everything went. He only had to replace one piece of the wood decking so the actual cost was really close to the estimate that I had been given. When I inquired about the balance, he told me what I still owed and told me to mail him a check for the remaining balance. I didn't get the check into the mail for two days but he was calling me on the 3rd day after the work was completed to see if I had sent in his check. 
Overall, MB Roofing did good work. My father-in-law had a friend who used MB to re-do their roof and they were happy with him so I figured I would give him a try. The roof looks good and the work came at a very good price. However, Matt was very slow to answer calls after he got his deposit but was very quick to seek out his money. If you're in the market for a decent job at a good price but with pretty poor customer service, than I would look at MB.
