I can't say enough good things about Rapid Repair Home Maintenance Specialist.  They were quick, courteous, and very thorough.  Even though we called them for a leaky kitchen sink, they were kind enough to review a few other areas of concern we had - and provided with several ideas on how we could repair each issue at minimal cost (without any pressure to use them for the repairs).  I enjoyed their laid back approach, and will definitely call them again for the next project.

Very professional and a very good communicator about options on how to handling the problems.  The best thing that happend was Mike discovering a really big problem I wasn't even aware of and he repair for only a minor increase to my original quote.

  Rapid Repair in Oxford is now in my phone directory.  Great work at a very fair price and a sensitivity to emergency situations.  The quality of his work is as good or better than a manufacturer installation, which means a lot to me.  I'll be a repeat customer!

It went great! Mike installed a kitchen sink faucet and an RO water filter system in our kitchen. He came back on a second visit to run a water line for the filtered water from RO system to refrigerator (for cold water and ice dispenser). Everything works great! Mike was friendly and helpful, and did a great job. Fees very reasonable. They also provide other handyman-type services. Will definitely use this company again.

They worked for two and a half days as they had said. They are dependable and professional. They were pleasant. They shared their knowledge with me.

This company is fantastic! With many small businesses it's hard to stay in contact with them. But over the planning period for our work Michael was not hard to get. Yes, we did get the machine a few times, but he always called us back in a timely manner. Other times we called we got his very helpful wife. We never felt neglected. He kept us very up to date on what was happening during the project and was very articulate about the details of what he was doing. He takes pictures of his work as he goes. He has a very reassuring and trustworthy demeanor; so much so - even though we had never used him before we decided to go to the shore while he did his work in our house. We left him a key. He said the work would take about three days. When we came back after three days, he finished the work almost to the minute! There's another area with which my wife and I were very pleased. Our insurance company low-balled the coverage. I asked Michael if he could talk to them. He did and they went back and forth on the costs. He actually got the insurance guy to come back to the house to show him why the work was costing more. We were paying Rapid Repair anyway so there was no financial advantage for Michael to put effort into this; but he did. We got a call from our insurance company just this morning telling us they were revising the payment significantly upward. Do you think we'll use Rapid Repair again? You bet we will.

I phoned on 5/8/2014 mid afternoon and spoke to the owner. I briefly explained my leak to him and he told me they have a fixed
price for water leaks of this nature minus 10% for a new customer. He told me he would call later in the evening to set up an
appointment. He called back earlier than I expected at around 6pm. I live in a manufactured home which they specialize in. I saw
them at several of my neighbors' homes and is why I called them. My problem briefly involved an under the house leak near my
outside water faucet. I heard a and quot;buzzingand quot; sound coming from behind the faucet out of view. My water bill had skyrocketed earlier
that month and I thought I had fixed the problem by replacing a leaky valve stem in my bathroom. Shortly after I noticed my outdoor
faucet leak. Mike, the owner said he would send a two man crew the next morning between 8 and 10am. They arrived shortly after
8:30 and inspected the problem and got right to work. The work area was tight quartered but they were finished before 10am.
They showed me the problem, which was a pinhole leak in the copper main feed line behind the valve causing the and quot;buzzingand quot;
sound I mentioned. They cut the line and put new fittings and reducers in place as well as re-insulating the new work.
They presented me the bill for the predetermined amount. I told them I would send them my credit card info, which was fine with them. I was pleased with everyone from the owner down to his employees and the job they did. Later that day I mailed them a MO as payment instead of using a credit card which would have cost an additional 3.2% to the total.

They were very good, courteous and professional, They did a decent job.

It took a day or two for him to return my call, but once he came out I was assured of his competence and professionalism. There was a mix-up with another contractor who was to come the same day to do work but did not show up. Rapid repair took care of the job for me that same day-- no problem.

I contacted him through Angie's list, he came out gave an estimate I liked him and his pricing so I hired him.

I liked that they were fast. They estimated it would take a whole day but it only took an hour and they still charged the same price. The quality was great.

It went great! This is the second time I've used Rapid Repair and it has been fantastic both times. This time, the cabinets I ordered didn't come quite as promised. Michael and his crew did a wonderful job of dealing with that to make the finished product a superb addition to our kitchen.
