Rapid Repair is a home improvement, maintenance, and remodeling company. We do it all! HVAC certified. My specialty is fixing and remodeling mobile homes, because my customers always tell me that when they call for repairs from other contractors they never come or call them back. Very professional and a very good communicator about options on how to handling the problems. The best thing that happend was Mike discovering a really big problem I wasn't even aware of and he repair for only a minor increase to my original quote.
Rapid Repair in Oxford is now in my phone directory. Great work at a very fair price and a sensitivity to emergency situations. The quality of his work is as good or better than a manufacturer installation, which means a lot to me. I'll be a repeat customer!This company is fantastic! With many small businesses it's hard to stay in contact with them. But over the planning period for our work Michael was not hard to get. Yes, we did get the machine a few times, but he always called us back in a timely manner. Other times we called we got his very helpful wife. We never felt neglected. He kept us very up to date on what was happening during the project and was very articulate about the details of what he was doing. He takes pictures of his work as he goes. He has a very reassuring and trustworthy demeanor; so much so - even though we had never used him before we decided to go to the shore while he did his work in our house. We left him a key. He said the work would take about three days. When we came back after three days, he finished the work almost to the minute! There's another area with which my wife and I were very pleased. Our insurance company low-balled the coverage. I asked Michael if he could talk to them. He did and they went back and forth on the costs. He actually got the insurance guy to come back to the house to show him why the work was costing more. We were paying Rapid Repair anyway so there was no financial advantage for Michael to put effort into this; but he did. We got a call from our insurance company just this morning telling us they were revising the payment significantly upward. Do you think we'll use Rapid Repair again? You bet we will.

appointment. He called back earlier than I expected at around 6pm. I live in a manufactured home which they specialize in. I saw
them at several of my neighbors' homes and is why I called them. My problem briefly involved an under the house leak near my
outside water faucet. I heard a and quot;buzzingand quot; sound coming from behind the faucet out of view. My water bill had skyrocketed earlier
that month and I thought I had fixed the problem by replacing a leaky valve stem in my bathroom. Shortly after I noticed my outdoor
faucet leak. Mike, the owner said he would send a two man crew the next morning between 8 and 10am. They arrived shortly after
8:30 and inspected the problem and got right to work. The work area was tight quartered but they were finished before 10am.
They showed me the problem, which was a pinhole leak in the copper main feed line behind the valve causing the and quot;buzzingand quot;
sound I mentioned. They cut the line and put new fittings and reducers in place as well as re-insulating the new work.
They presented me the bill for the predetermined amount. I told them I would send them my credit card info, which was fine with them. I was pleased with everyone from the owner down to his employees and the job they did. Later that day I mailed them a MO as payment instead of using a credit card which would have cost an additional 3.2% to the total.
