Appliance Repair
The guy from England's Appliance came out same day in the early evening when he was heading home to squeeze us into his schedule and probably missed his dinner so I liked that.

Any time I ever have a problem with an appliance I call them and they are out the same day. He is pretty fair. This interaction went really well.
