The granite was not cut properly and the sink looks like its not centered and back splash length is off, called several times and he has yet to come back out going on 3 months now!

As a person:
He was pleasant and i was comfortable bringing him in my home BUT The job he did was horrible Here's why:

The granite we purchased was very expensive with a lot of depth and mix of  color from onyx, amethyst and flecks of gold stone- he chipped it up while cutting and glued / plugged it with a compound that we did not see until after the install a week later.
The ogee cut is uneven and not polished - He said on the phone that  I should purchase a stone ager and it will darken...it hasn't
The simple bullnose edge is uneven
The seams are uneven noticably and have gotten worse due to the cabinetry settling.
BUT the biggest
 problem I have is that We have been calling him for two years to correct what he has done and either he never answers the phone, returns calls or he tells me that he or his assistant will come by at a certain date and time and NEVER show up - that has been done about 10 times.
 I even saw him at the local Lowes and approached him to ask why he never shows up he said "oh sorry I thought we took care of that, who are you again?"  then said I'll be at your house monday first thing - NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!!
I don't even want him to address him ruining the granite, I just wanted him to adjust the seems since this is preventing me from tiling my backdsplash.  I am going to have to pay someone else to re-lay and re-seam my entire counter-top!!!!  :( 

Unfortunaltey Frank Claudio did not properly account for the new hardwood floor when he measured for the base of the fireplace even though this was made clear at the beginning of the project. As a result, there was a half inch gap between the floor and the base. To make matters worse, the stone was glued on with a few blobs of silicone and all three pieces fell off. We made several attempts to get him to come back and fix the problem. He was supposed to come back on February 24th and never showed up. Not even a call. He finally showed up on March 4th (over 2 hours late). He was visibly angry and said he'll fix it for free (gee, thanks) but he was never told about the new flooring (he was). He also made it a point to tell me that it cost him "a hundred bucks in gas" to come to my house. He re-cut the new stone in my driveway but never bothered to clean up the mess. This time the height of the stone was correct but the length was wrong. The two side pieces were short by about a half inch on each side. When I pointed this out to him, he said this was all the stone and began raising his voice. He said "do you want me to glue these on or not?". When I said no he became openly hostile, stood up and said "do it yourself". He then called me an "a------" and walked out. He never completed the job. This is one angry little man. Keep him out of your house. Personality issues aside, he is unreliable and does lousy work.
