They put in freon to get it cool again. They were friendly and response time was great compared to others we called we didnt have to wait 5 days to 2 weeks to get a repair.

They failed to make a timely automatic fuel delivery and the pipes in my workspace/barn froze.
I had to have the pump repair person and the plumber make repairs which cost over $2,000. I asked Meadows Petroleum to reimburse me and they refused saying, "That's not going to happen". I tried to recoup through their insurance to no avail.

"This customer FAILED TO MAKE TIMELY PAYMENTS on their account and as per the signed oil delivery contract, oil delivery is stopped unless special arrangements have been made to make some sort of payment, we make every effort to work with anyone having trouble paying for oil. No oil company will keep delivering oil if the customer does not pay the bills. We are fully insured, however the insurance company denies payment when the customers account is in default. The customer told service technician that they knew it had been off for a few weeks prior to problem with pipes. So, draw your own conclusion!"

They have always taken care of things. They are always very clean and professional in what they do. They kept things running along well. This contact we have covers all parts and labor. I rate tem high overall. They are fairly expensive but they cover some parts.

The delivery was quick and easy and the office personnel we spoke to was friendly and helpful. They are my new oil company. I will be calling them soon for maintenance of my boiler. I will report back on that side of the service soon.

MEADOWS FIXED OUR HOT WATER HEATER WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE WATER PRESSURE. MEADOWS ALSO PROVIDES OUR OIL FOR HEATING AT A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY ARE ALWAYS PROMPT.
