If you are in the market for a well built, custom concrete swimming pool do yourself a favor and call Giorgio Custom Pools and the master of concrete pools, Mr. Barry Charles.  You really don't need to call anyone else, Barry will give you a fair and reasonable price for what he provides and build you a high quality concrete pool using custom features that others upcharge you for and much better quality equipment that others use.  Trust us, we talked to some of the other big name builders (even had a deposit down with one of them), Barry's price was right in line (not the lowest, not the highest) and when you factor in all the additional value Barry adds it really is a no brainer.  Barry has been building pools his whole life and it shows, we knew within 5 minutes of meeting him that this was the guy to build our pool.  We told him what we wanted, he checked out our site, knew exactly how to handle the slope in our yard, gave us a proposal and we signed.  The construction process couldn't be smoother, the guys were there every day that Barry said they would be, Barry oversaw the whole project, there were no surprise upcharges, hidden costs, etc.  Our pool was filled (included in Barry's contract, everyone else wanted to leave that out) 15 days after the first shovel went in the ground!  Everyone else wanted 2-3 months to complete the job.  We couldn't be happier and choosing Giorgio Custom Pools was the best decision we made.

Barry told us the job would take approximately 3 weeks. He started the day he promised and showed up every day thereafter until the job was completed. Barry was the first to arrive at my house every morning ( usually around 5:30 or first light). he and his crew worked long days and always seemed to know exactly what the other worker was thinking. when it came time to pour the concrete Barry had at least 10 men ready to go. The first concrete truck arrived on schedule after Barry specified exactly the mix he wanted given the temperature and handling time.These men had shoveled the incoming load of concrete to a hand stacked masterpiece. Every ounce of concrete was shoveled, troweled and finished by these men. Ten trucks later the pool and surrounding deck was poured. I told Barry I wanted a 12' deep diving tank for safety. At 11' he hit a water spring under my property. He didn't give up. He lowered a pump into the deepest point and finished at 11.5'. He just poured the concrete right on top of the pump and cut the power cord and buried into our little slice of heaven. The job was finished on time and as promised. Barry has helped me many times over the years with questions I needed answered. He has closed my pool for many years at the end of season. Barry never gave me a BS line or the fast shuffle. Some years after the pool was built I had leak in a pipe that I couldn't find. I knew there was a pressure issue but I couldn't determine the source. Barry came out on a Sunday morning and after five minutes of adjusting a few valves and then asking for silence he waited - waited and then pointed. It turned out my landscaper drove a long paver pin right through my pipe. He dug up the spot and repaired it for me in 30 minutes. Barry doesnt seem to know what day it is because he responded 7 days a week as needed. Barry has been building pools all his life and it shows in his knowledge, experience and straight shooting personality.

Giorgio Pools used all of their own personnel to do excavation, plumbing, electrical, rebar, cement, etc. By far the best experience that I have found in a very dubious industry.

AWESOME!!! Every other pool company wanted to build my pool over months. Giorgio Custom pools said it could be done in days! (nine to be exact) I was skeptical at first, but his references were awesome. I even popped in on him on another job site. The homeowner gave him a glowing review. Barry, the owner, is on site every minute of each and every day. He brings in a crew that is experienced and knowledgably of pool construction. After my pool was finished we thought that was it. We would never see him again, but that wasn't the case. Barry stopped by on a few occasions to just check up on my pool. Everything has been perfect with the pool. Barry and his team have gone above and beyond for us. I am sure they will for you too.
