While the end product was structually sound the walls were over 1/2 inch out of level over a 8 ft span and were over 2 inches out of plumb.  Because the floor was also not sloped properly I required repair prior to final payment.  Wayne Construction attempted to repair the slab but did not fully correct the issue.  Following this Wayne Construction attempted to bill me for the repair and for work they did not perform.  We eventually settled through the State Atorney General.
