WELLER'S CHIMNEY SWEEPS

I would highly recommend Wellers to anyone. The two gentlemen that came to the house were very efficient, courteous and kept me informed as to what they were doing. Everything was put back in place and no mess was left. We will definitely be calling Wellers for all our fireplace cleanings and inspections.

This is the third time I have had Weller's do my yearly cleaning, inspecting and, if necessary, maintenance on my coal burning stove. Two men always come. The day before the appointment Weller's calls to remind me and make sure it is still ok to come as planned. They arrive on time and are courteous and very careful in setting up to clean the stove. They lay a protector from one end of the room to the other where they have to go to service the stove. They do a thorough job of cleaning and inspecting the coal stove and all the connections and pipes associated with it. They also go up on the roof to complete the chimney sweep. One man works from the top end and another at the bottom. They take the time to explain what they have done and why and tell me if there is anything that needs to be corrected and answer all my questions. They also tell me if it looks like any part of the system may need possible replacing the next year. I appreciate this so I can plan my budget. After the cleaning is done, they review how to restart it. I always feel confident they have done an excellent job and my coal stove is going to operate safely. It is money well spent every year. I recommend them highly.
