No high pressure sales pitch whatsoever.  I dealt directly with the owner who also did all the work along with his experienced helper.    He did the work in a timely, conscientious and professional manner with no shortcuts at the expense of quality.  He brought in a dumpster and left no debris laying around at the end of each day.  He had all the tools and equipment needed to do the job right. A year later, the house still looks beautiful; no sagging or crinkled panels.  I look forward to hiring him for my next project.

While several repair/installation rescheduling dates were required - obviously one could not replace a picture window; reshigle or re-side in the rain or when there were inches of snow on the roof/ground - Wayne kept promptly rescheduling to his and our mutual convenience with an eye toward the weather forecast.  He arrived right at the appointed time; set about the work with his assistant; worked diligently the entire time; was very responsive to any questions we had; continually advised us of progress and issues; and worked later than normal to complete what was to be a 1 1/2 day job in one day to our mutual benefit.
The job required repeated re-entry into the home.  He was very respectful of our property.  Drop cloths were laid across all carpet/tile/wood flooring to prevent tracking in any dirt and debris; and the interior and exterior work areas were left in a very clean state.

We heard of Wayne through neighbors that we trust and saw a couple examples of his work.  Wayne is a professional, courteous and trustworthy.  He was punctual and very tidy.  He completed a complete bathroom reno, minus most of the drywall.  He does great tile work (subway in the tub, 1'x2' floor tile and glass mosaic backsplash) and is very reasonably priced. 
I purchased the materials and didn't get the right tub.  Wayne found the correct tub and picked it up.  t was the only hiccup that we (my fault) had.  As with any renovation, it's important to set clear expectations of the services being rendered.  He was completed in 8.5 business days.  Not bad at all!
