company, and I would hire them again, when I need them. Go back over your records and you will see my husband
and I think this is the best contractor we have ever hired.

Project went very smooth - Chad provided options for finish and materials and shared opinion and experiences
The attic staiway installation was a challenge - since ceiling is 10 -11 feet high and finding the proper location for the install was full of challenge since builder had wiring and piping and insulation throughout various sections - but Chad made it work fine
The garage had a rough builders finish on drywall - needed a lot of fine touch work for sure

We recently purchased a house that has some water damaged walls and ceilings. Chad came highly recommended by some friends. I was a little skeptical when I first met him. He worked us in his schedule. He was delayed by one day, but gave us several days notice and we were flexible. At the end of the first day, he had almost all of the downstairs walls that needed to be fixed finished. This allowed my wife to start painting a day early. We were so pleased with his work and clean-up job, we paid him half of the money we owed him at the end of the first day.
