Signature Custom Carpentry

The whole process was easy, efficient and fast. Vince let me try some crazy things and just made them work. You can't do better for your home project. Just one example. The job was finished and paid for when Vince saw something that I never would have noticed. The existing hinges on the door did not match the fixtures. At his expense he went out and bought new hinges and replaced them just to make an improved final product.

Couldn't have gone any better.  Vince was extremely responsive, flexible, and easy to work with.  He was organized and there was little to no down time.  The work was done in 11 days.  The quality of the work was excellent.

The project went well. the guys put in full days with only a lunch break. They were professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and did not rush me. Their quality of work was great. and they cleaned up after themselves. They finished on time and on budget. who could ask for anything more. especially before the holidays. I also asked them to hang a coat rack on my wall while they were here and they did at no extra charge. Really nice guys.

I lost my husband six years ago and had never worked with a contractor myself. Vince made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions, and was thorough and patient. After receiving the estimate, a couple of my late husband's friends took a look at the project and Vince's estimate. They both felt the price was very fair, which was helpful as I didn't have knowledge in this type of work. I wasn't sure what to expect because it involved breaking through a cinder block wall. They worked quickly with very little mess, always cleaning up before leaving each day. I was pleasantly surprised that my house stayed so clean throughout the project. Vince added some things I didn't even think to ask for (checking with me first), like additional lighting and outlets. He also added crown molding which was an afterthought on my part. I am extremely pleased with the finished product. Vince's communication was great, and his subcontractors were just as nice as he was. I had no worries and had complete trust in everyone involved. I would recommend Vince Rupp highly to anyone, and I will definitely call him for any future projects.

Vince and his team tore out our old 1950's kitchen and replaced it with a brand new up to date kitchen. Initially, we thought this would require a beam in the middle of the open floor plan, but he was able to put a beam into the ceiling to hold up the roof to give us our dream kitchen. Vince was extremely reliable, responsive, and very reasonable. During the job, he sliced his hand open on a pipe cutting through his tendon, and he STILL managed to get the job done ahead of schedule. Even after his accident, Vince was at the house every day overseeing the work of his colleagues who were incredibly professional. I couldn't believe how they cleaned up after themselves each day, even if they were coming back the next day to work. They were extremely respectful and understanding of the fact that we have two young children and they did everything possible to minimize safety hazards and dust. I cannot say enough about Signature Custom Carpentry. We are planning to have them put a new roof on the house in the spring, and remodel our Master bath next year.

Vince showed up and did an amazing job! He is very detailed and a perfectionist. Was very friendly, talkative, and respectful! Would highly recommend him!
