Honestly it went great. We were really stressed out, but when Kevin showed up he was just so nice and relaxed assuring us he’d take care of it. He gave us 3 different options of prices and explained the benefits of each but didn’t push and sell me( which I liked) We hope we never need a plumber again but if/when we do the only company we will be calling is Mr.Rooter.

I don’t review a lot of businesses (actually this is my first) BUT I was so happy with their service. My husband & I are new home owners, with the stress of moving we found out that we needed a lot of plumbing work done. I called Mr. Rooter of Glenside cause I saw that they were a LOCAL business & their reviews were GREAT! They figured out the issue right away & gave us an estimate. We compared prices with other companies but in the end we thought they had the most reasonable price. We were on their schedule the next day! Their staff seemed very knowledgeable & friendly to work with. We’ll definitely call them again if we need any additional work done on our home! Thanks again!
