All went very well. My issue was an electric water heater. Water was only heating to lukewarm. The 80 gallon electric water heater was over 13 years old. Mr. Rooter gave me the option of replacing the water heater or completing general maintenance. I elected to replace the water heater. Mr. Rooter's work is guaranteed. The cost was $2,900, and I was able to use a $100 coupon from the website, thus reducing the cost to $2,800. I am very pleased with the company, and I do recommend Mr. Rooter's service.
