Brendan did an excellent job servicing our gas logs and making sure the gas was properly adjusted. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. First time we have used Brendan and will definitely use him again without hesitation.

Brandon wanted lots of pictures sent to his email before he would come out to look at our problem. I sent him pictures and we agreed on a date. He never confirmed the date, just texted me at the end of the day he said he would come out. I was not expecting him. I missed his text and never heard from him again. Definitely would not recommend him.

Brendan came out the day after Thanksgiving! I called the company that installed the logs and they told me they weren't scheduling until January! Brendan showed up on time, cleaned the pilot which was clogged, rearranged the logs (they look much better) and explained everyrhing! Nice, personable guy.

With the impending snow storm on Tuesday, we realized on Sunday night that our gas log burning stove would not turn on. On Monday morning we frantically searched for someone who was available same day to come to service it. After about a dozen calls, Brendan returned my call promptly and promised to be there in 90 minutes. He kept his word. Fixed our stove, cleaned it and had it working like new in less than 45 minutes. Very nice, very professional and price was very fair.

He was extremely thorough with his work. He took the time out to explain everything. Would highly recommend him !!! Price was much cheaper than competitors. Give him a try.

Brenden came in on short notice, cleaned and checked the fireplace, and said it was safe and OK to go. Since I thought I might have to replace it, this was very good news. He was prompt, courteous and professional, and the fee was very reasonable.

I called for service twice and did not receive any calls back. It's common courtesy to call people back!

Wow! Brendan is wonderful! His response time is perfect and knowledge of this unit was exceptional. He repaired the gas leak, and gave the unit a good cleaning. Fair price too! I will be adding him to my list of trusted contractors. Thank you for all of your help and giving us peace of mind know our gas fireplace is safe and secure.

Brendan was awesome! Quickly fixed the problem, cleaned the area and showed me how to do it myself in the future. Even wrote down instructions. Very knowledgeable and honest. Great price, too.

Brendan was fantastic!  He is very knowledgeable and serviced my fireplace without any problems.  He was able to walk me through how the remote works (which I never learned how to use since the contractor never explained it to me) and explained all of the safety features of the fireplace.  He also made a recommendation on how frequently to get the fireplace serviced--every other year or every two years.  He was honest and noted that if he came annually, he would just be taking my money.  A provider who is honest, knowledgeable, punctual, professional, reasonably-priced and effective?  Sign me up!  I will definitely recommend him to other friends who need to have their fireplaces serviced.

Brendan was absolutely wonderful.  He responded to my phone call immediately provided excellent service.  My fireplace fan was making a loud noise and he was kind enough to give the whole system a good going over.  The problem was fixed and I felt completely comfortable asking multiple questions.  His pricing was fair and I would use him again.

Brendan's partner has retired so he is in the process of taking over and renaming the company, Brendan Flynn Gas Services.  As such it takes him a bit of time to follow up so be patient.  he is good

I spent $175. My husband liked him and he would give him all A's. He was responsive.

After initial contact through Angie's List, the company never contacted us to schedule. My husband called their office directly and left a voicemail last week. No return call to date.

He returned my call for service within a couple of hours and made a point of fitting our service call in the next couple of days because we were hosting a large party that weekend.  He called us when he was leaving the previous job to say he was on his way.  Both rooms where left cleaner than before he arrived once he cleaned up.  He changed the remote control batteries in each unit as well.
 We have used Brendan every January for the past 3 years, and won't hesitate to call him again next time service is needed.  He comes highly recommended and he is very reasonable.

When they came out, it went well.  I am very unhappy that they will not return any of my calls now.

I was impressed that Brendan was willing to take 5 minutes to explain things to me, and to help me solve the problem myself rather than booking a service appointment.  He saved me time and money when he easily could have booked a service appointment and charged me for his time.  He even called to follow up and see if I was able to get things working.  This reflects very well on his character and his business practices, and he will absolutely be my first call if I ever have another issue with my fireplace.
