I've had it with them after this most recent incident. I had used easy mowing for lawn mowing and leaf removal previously and this was the first time I used them for snow removal. They didn't show up at my house until 2am, waking everyone in the house. Then they only shoveled the driveway (and did a pretty poor job at that) and didn't bother to do the sidewalk even though the estimate they sent clearly indicates that the sidewalk is included. So now my sidewalk is in even worse condition because they moved the snow from the driveway right onto the sidewalk creating a 3 foot high pile on either side of the driveway. When I called them the next day they flat out refused to come out and finish the job. Previously I used them for leaf removal and it was similarly terrible. That time they came to do the leaves AFTER the township had already done their leaf collection run. The leaf pile they created also covered half of my driveway. When I contacted them about that issue, they simply never responded. Terrible work, lazy, horrendous customer service. No reason to use them when there are so many other options out there.

"Nick has been a bi-weekly lawn mowing customer for approx 2 years. Never any problems until now. Every fall I send all clients an e-mail to see if they would like to be put on our snow removal list. Nick declined-until the day before the biggest storm of the season. Normally I would not take on the extra work at the last minute, in what would be the biggest snow storm of the season, but he was a regular customer so I didn't want to turn him away. When the storm hit the next night we ended up with 3" of snow and an additional 3" of ice/sleet that lasted approx 14 hours.Temperatures dropped after the precipitation stopped, so we ended up with a solid 6" of ice that snow blowers/plows could not handle. The only way to remove the ice was with hard shovels and picks obviously slowing the pace of ice clearing. Knowing this our first priority was to make sure our clients could get their cars out the next morning. So after working on other clients for the past 24 hrs, we went to Nicks house to remove the snow from the end of his driveway so that he could get his car out and to work the next morning, are plans were to return the next day to clear the sidewalks and walkways. The customer informed me the next day before we could return to properly clear his sidewalks, that he was not happy and he did not want to continue with our services. So per his request, we did not return to do his sidewalk. We also have not invoiced him for the work that we did complete for him...plow his driveway so he could get to work the next day at 2am in the morning. We never like losing a customer, but in this case we truly did everything possible to provide the best service we could under the circumstances. When the customer was still dissatisfied we did not charge for services we did render."
