Unlike any TV commercial, when our alarm has gone off by accident it takes them about 5 minutes to call and check. That's five minutes your house could be undergoing a robbery or fire while they do... what? I'm sorry, did I catch you eating lunch? Oh, is this a bad time for me to be robbed? Should I try later? Tack that 5 minutes to the 5-10 it takes for city responders and we are history, toast or any other colorful expression you can think of.
So, my alarm does not make me feel that safe. I guess you get what you pay for - 150 every six months.

They came out and had to replace a panel and re-set everything. I did not have to pay anything for all that. I will use them again.

ADVENT WAS VERY TIMELY WHEN I NEEDED THEM TO COME AND CHECK OUT WHAT WAS TRIGGERING THE ALARMS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE BATTERIES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND THEY DID SOME TESTS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PROPERLY.

WE WOULD RECOMMEND ADVENT TO ANYONE. THE SYSTEM THEY RECOMMENDED HAS WORKED FLAWLESSLY FOR SEVEN YEARS NOW. THEIR CENTRAL MONITORING STATION HAS ALWAYS BEEN TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE NEVER MADE A BILLING ERROR EITHER. A+++++++ RATED COMPANY IN OUR OPINION.
