The work was done in a professional manner. He was very careful to ensure that the final installation was level despite some high points in the concrete floor. He also followed up after the job was completed to make sure I was completely satisfied.

We were referred to RGW by Distinctive Tile in Allentown. From the beginning, we liked Ray's style. He was prompt in responding to our request for a quote and was able to start within a few days. Initially, we thought we just had to replace the tile, however it seems as if anything that could have been done incorrectly by the previous contractor, was done. Ray removed our glass shower doors, existing tile, floorboards, mastic, about 6 inches of wall tile - pretty much everything down to the studs, cleaned up any mold, dried any moisture, and rebuild the floor as it should have been done. He's thorough, takes his time and is very clean. We were worried with the amount of dust that would be created due to a newborn in the house, but Ray confined his work area to the bathroom and at the end of each day had cleaned up as if he had not been there at all. We are assured the the job was done professionally and correctly this time and will definitely use his services in the future.
