I find your Web posting to be somewhat passive aggressive and puzzling as open communication and clarity is the backbone of our success. We have communicated with you from the start. We have fulfilled every promise and more; everything from pressure washing/scrubbing the driveway (twice) to the sealing of the driveway, which as you know and it has been communicated to you numerous times. The paving/sealing Company also has a schedule; which we were at the mercy of. My Company has even offered to pay more than the original cost just to move you to the front of the line and having success as you know since the driveway has been completed. I am disappointed that you would use such sites like these for your misunderstanding that causes your anger. We all know anger does not always tell the full truth and what actually happens. Despite your ill intended “blast”; I have instructed my team to overcome diversity and fulfill our moral obligation to ensure respect and integrity."
really pleased with the responsiveness of the staff to our request, we
had called a bunch of different companies and couldn't get anyone to
return our calls. We closed on the property in late August and planned
to mow the 3.75 acres ourselves but weren't able to keep up. They came
right away, gave us an estimate and started the next week. It was the
least stressful part of buying the home.
The lawn mowing itself
seems like your basic cutting, there aren't any fancy patterns or
anything, but the grass is picked up off the sidewalk and drive and the
height seems to be designed for keeping the lawn healthy. We also are
having some work done with tree pruning, removal of a feature we don't
like in our front yard, fall and spring cleanup and snow removal. We
haven't experienced those features yet but that is why our total is
higher than what you might expect for lawn mowing.
