I contacted Willy's Chimney Service on 11/15/2010. Willy came the next morning and gave me an estimate which I accepted. Two days later he came and installed the liner and cap. He was prompt, did what he said he was going to do, and conducted himself in a professional manner. I was completely satisfied in my dealing with this contractor.
