Justin was a pleasure to work with. He called right away after I submitted the Home Advisor form. He was on time and did a thorough job cleaning the wood stove and chimney. He also gave me the results of his inspection and his recommendation of future work that may be needed down the road. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely have Justin back next year for my yearly wood stove/chimney maintenance.

Justin is a nice guy. He called immediately, we returned missed calls of each other the same day. We made the appointment. He was timely, there was no mess and he left the house exactly as it was. It was a refreshing experience to work with a true professional. He will be my chimney sweep as long as he does this for a living.

They contacted me within a couple hours of filling out the Home Advisor form!!* I made an appointment, the owner and his wife arrived on time, neatly dressed and ready to get to work. They accommodated my concerns about the sleeping grand baby (who slept through the cleaning!), swept the flue, cleaned the wood stove, explained the grate issues clearly and left the place nice and clean too!! If I had another flue that needed cleaning, I d hire them again in a heart beat!! *(Only one other company from Home Advisors list called me back and that was 2 days later. I d left messages with 4 other chimney cleaning companies that I found on Google and heard nothing from them)

Justin showed up when he said he would, was professional and did a fantastic job relining our chimney and replaced the old cap. He also repaired the stucco that had begun crumbling off and sealed a few superficial cracks to keep them from worsening in the future. While he was here he also pointed out that the exhaust pipe for our hot water heater was angled downward and fixed without adding anything to the price. Absolutely happy with every aspect of his work.

They were available within 2 days for a routine dryer vent cleaning. Found that our dryer vent tube wasn't attached to the outside vent tube and was basically pouring lint into our ceiling. Also the tube material wasn't up to code. They fixed and cleaned everything, so spent a lot longer at our place than they originally planned for since we thought we just needed a cleaning. The price was very reasonable considering all they had done for us. Would definitely recommend them!
