Mark was wonderful!! He explained everything he was doing and why. He was courteous, on time, friendly and quite knowledgeable. Everything was completed and cleaned up in a matter of a half an hour. Repaired Amana 30 year old refrigerator same day we called. We thought it was the fan motor, but Mark knew exactly what it was. It was the timer. He quickly changed the part and actually had the part with him. He is a pleasant and knowledgeable man. Would definitely use him again!

It was a positive experience. Mark is very professional and makes every attempt to render service as soon as possible. The fee is more than fair for services performed. I have used Mark in the past to repair my side by side refrigerator, double ovens, trash compactor, and clothes dryer. The service has always been top notch and at a fair price. I would not hesitate to call him again for any and all future repairs.

We run a commercial cleaning service and launder our own mop heads and microfibers. As a result, we depend on our washer and dryer. When one of them konks out, it makes our day a lot tougher. For the last few days, the dryer began making a sort of squeaking noise so we called Lackawanna Appliance at about 3:00 on Thursday afternoon. Mark took our call and said he would try and get to us the next day. He was here by about 11:30 and the dryer was repaired by 1:00. He was very polite and he explained clearly what the problem was and how he was fixing it. Excellent service.

Left message on his answering machine and he responded promptly. Explained problem and asked for general estimate to decide if repair better option to replacement. He thought the problem was the igniter and gave verbal estimate of $165.00. He said he could do the work the following morning and would call around 9:00 A.M. to set a time. He called shortly after 9:00 the next morning and said he would be there at 10:00 A.M.. He arrived around 10:30 and apologized that the prior job took a little longer than expected. He took the stove apart and determined the igniter was dead. He showed me the bad part, explained how it is supposed to work and demonstrated that it was not working. After he replaced the part he made sure it was working properly. In all, he was courteous, professional and efficient in his work. The job has a 1 year warranty on parts and 90 days on labor.
