They are a very personalized service because it is a very small company. Their prices were better. It took them a little longer to get to us because they don't have as many people working for them.

They crew ripped out the old air handler and compressor, ducts and floor registers. They installed a new Amana 13 seer system, new flexible ducting with new floor registers. The new system added cooling to a new addition. Their price was comparable to other contractors I've used in the past but I chose them pased on the recommendation of my general contractor. I found them to be a good choice. They used quality products and did a very neat job in the basement ducting. The unit does a nice job keeping the entire house uniformily cool and is very quiet and energy efficient. Their service crew is very prompt usually responding to my calls on the same day I call. They provided a 5 year warranty on the compressor and 1 year parts and labor.
