The Owner charged from the time they left the site where they start and when they get back there. The amount was guote was for 745.00 for 6 hours. They charge me 820.00 and they finised @ 1:35 . A hold 1 hour a head. I filt cheated out of a hour and charged for it..................

THIEVES. Our family has the absolute WORST experience with this company. Moving is hard and they made it so much worse. They stole valuable, heirloom jewelry and when I tried to speak to the owner he was beyond rude... I’m not sure where he hired the men to move our possessions... but they were far far from professional. It was maddening to see them scroll through their phones why we paid and hourly rate.They also damaged expensive furniture and carelessly damaged walls which were freshly painted. Please please save yourself the heart ache we went through and don’t use this company.

The movers were prompt and efficient. They were personable, asked good questions and followed all special instructions perfect. Thanks guys!

I had three guys unload a 26' Penske truck. It took another company only 2hrs and 45mins to load the truck, it took the three guys from Cadden Brothers SIX HOURS. And, yes, they charged me for it. The biggest reason is that they took a 10 minute break every hour. Seriously. The guys who loaded it took no breaks. The Cadden guys moved very slowly, taking lots of time to talk amongst themselves in the truck with every load they carried out. The other company never stopped moving and making progress. The Cadden guys reaked because they smoked every time they took a break. The truck smelled like smoke long after they left and they didn't even smoke in it. The other guys did not smoke at all. The Cadden guys took apart a few things (refrigerator and tool bench) and did not put them back together. I thought that was moving company never-do-this 101. In fact, they even lost some of the screws to the tool bench. In order to take stuff apart, they had to use my tools. Again, I thought that was moving company never-do-this 101. What if I didn't have the tools they needed? The other company came with everything they needed to take stuff apart and move complicated items. The Cadden guys complained *constantly.* They complained whenever they had a heavy item to carry or when I asked them to do something they weren't expecting. When they were carrying other items, they were complaining about their boss and how he doesn't treat them right. The other company guys were friendly and talked about how great their company is. There were several instructions I gave the Cadden guys (where to put stuff, how to handle things, etc.) and they didn't listen to any of it. There were lots of items in wrong places. With the other company, when I gave instructions they immediately stopped what they were doing, looked me in the eye, acknowledged it, passed it along to the others, and made sure it happened. Not even exaggerating. THEN...as if all that wasn't enough. They completely took apart my refrigerator (a different one from the one before) and left it in my dining room because the moulding in the doorway needed to be removed before they could get it in the kitchen. Instead of waiting 5 minutes for me to take the moulding off, they said they wouldn't wait because "the job took so long it ruined their Friday evening and they were exhausted." I had to call multiple times and leave multiple messages the following week before I finally got a hold of the owner to send some guys out to finish the job. P.S. The head mover's name was Dale.

Excellent. No problems. They were very careful.

It went well. My son handled it, but I came home just as they were finishing. They finished ahead of schedule, so I saved some money. First, they sent a representative to see what I needed to move - he was very nice. The driver was respectful. The movers did a great job and I hear my son had them move things around a couple times. Economical.

I was pleased with the service, recommended the company to my girlfriends, one of my girlfriend used them from Pennsylvania to New York, another friend of mine used the service from Pennsylvania to Indiana, all services were perfect and i will recommend them in a heartbeat.

Movers were on time courteous, careful, and very professional.

The company was willing to work with us to get everything loaded and moved properly, efficiently, and carefully. They even fixed some furniture that was damaged from a previous move. All employees were helpful, nice and approachable. This moving experience was well worth the money and time. I was very impressed by their commitment and taking care of my property and home. Also, nice to know they are movers for the who east coast from Fl to Northeast.

Very good. Movers were professional,friendly, and worked efficiently.

Movers arrived on time, packed up my larger pictures, took inventory and tagged all items going on the truck.  They also put my safe in my car to take down.  On the GA end, they arrived on time and put everything, even the boxes, exactly where I wanted them to be.  Changed my mind a few times, and they gladly moved again.  
I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others in Northeast PA.

Estimate was for one day. It took a 2nd day and another $500 to complete the job. Guys said this was typical as the estimator always screws up.

The movers arrived earlier than the estimated time. They broke down all my furniture and safely packed all of the items that we were taking with us. Due to the distance of the move, our items arrived the next day. They were very quick yet careful with both the loading and unloading of all of my items. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

This is the second time we used this company.  Once again, Cadden Movers did a wonderful job on very short notice.  Patrick scheduled move within four days and just after a holiday weekend.  Truck was here earlier than anticipated, but movers waited for us.  The three movers - Keith, Teddy & Eddie - were quick, personable and very professional.  They were very careful with all of the furniture and in our home.  They had to make a second pick up at a storage unit, and then delivered everything to the assisted living facility - setting everything up and placing each piece where we requested and/or made suggestions as to what looked best.  Thank you again for a very smooth move during a very emotional and trying time!

The moving part of the service went well. Since it was a long distance move, it was done by Stevens, a national company that Cadden contracts with. The movers were hard working, professional and did a great job. They delivered the furniture to us in Nashville promptly and again they did a good job. 
Our issue is with our billing. When the furniture was delivered, we were given the invoice, I called Cadden in Scranton and was told that I could fax the credit card information to them. I did that, they faxed back a receipt and all seemed well.
Several weeks later I rec'd a letter from Stevens saying we owed some money ($100 ish) due to weight adjustment. I emailed Cadden to verify this and they agreed with Stevens that there was money still owed. I also discovered at this time
 that I had been charged a 1.5% fee (about $140) for use of a credit card when we paid. We were not told there would be a credit card charge and I did not see it in any of their information. Had I been told of this fee,  I would have had a check ready.
I emailed Cadden 2x to ask for the fee amount credited since we were not informed about it ahead of time. I received no response. I have meanwhile disputed the amount with the credit card company.
So while we were satisfied with the move, we were disappointed in the payment process and lack of response from Cadden.

Receive, store, and deliver furniture that I ordered from a catalog, which had not offered inside delivery. Looked for a company that did and Cadden was it. Perfect job. Thanks!
