He completed things on time and on budget. I thought he did a very nice job. He was very pleasant to work with. It was not a big job but it did involve work on stucco and on the roofing itself. I would not have a problem recommending him.

They did an excellent job. They were polite, respectful, and everybody I spoke to answered all my questions. They were very thorough in their explanations and were very helpful. They may not have been the cheapest but I thought they did an excellent job.

They show up when they're supposed to, they do high quality work, and it is a little more costly than other companies but the quality is worth it.

They are an absolutely amazing company. We had slight damage from the storm last week, and they took care of that for us, as well as most of our neighborhood. They really are a good company.

When Kerwin checked out the roof of my house for the estimate, he explained his observations and the costs for the different types of flanges and pros/cons of each. He was very happy to answer my questions. This really helped me to make my decision. I went with the mid-range flanges plus covers. I cannot remember the name of the worker who came out to do the work, but he was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He worked quickly and cleaned up any debris afterward. What I also liked about Mast Roofing was the care they took to obtain roofing shingles to match the current roof, used only what was needed, and left the remainder of the pack with me since I paid for them. Two other companies I'd used previously for simple shingle replacement when a few were blown off in strong winds didn't leave the pack. I have already recommended Mast Roofing to neighbors and friends, and will definitely call them again if I need roofing work in the future.

We decided to install a brand new bathroom in our upstairs. We only had 1 bathroom for 4 rooms and sharing was becoming old real quick. The bathroom we did have had 2 doorways: one from the master bedroom and one from the hall way. We wanted to close off the door from the hallway and install a double vanity in the bathroom. This would give us a master bath. We wanted to take space from an existing bedroom to create a brand new hall bathroom. We contacted 4 different contractors to give us quotes. We decided on Mast Roofing because we really liked their layout plan for the new piping, we thought their price was more realistic then what other contractors gave us, and the overall feel we go from them. Kerwin came in and gave us the quote. He also brought in his professionals to meet so we could meet them and talk with them to tell them what we wanted. The professionals also asked us questions, this helped us think about things that we had not considered. Luke, the foreman, was great. He kept us informed every step of the way. The project consisted of framing out a new bathroom and closet, installing drywall, tiling, plumbing, electrical, etc. Everyone was professional and considerate. We really enjoyed working with everyone and could not be happier with the results of their work.

We got an estimate for roofing work to be done at our house. Kirwin was extremely professional and very thorough - he explained every detail of any problems and every step of the work that would be done. We needed new shingles and possibly rubber roofing, as well as a skylight and venting and/or fans to be added to improve airflow. He was quick to respond to phone calls and very easy to get in touch with. He met with us several times to confirm details and gave us plenty of options. Every bit of the estimate was itemized and all materials they use are top quality. I would feel very comfortable recommending Mast if money were no object, I wish we could have used them for our roofing job. That said, the estimate was much, much higher than all other estimates we received from several other roofing companies and we decided to use someone else instead due to cost. We will consider Mast for future work on a portion of rubber roofing.

We were on an expeditied schedule to get this work performed prior to settlement, and Mast 1) responded quickly with an estimate; 2) upon our acceptance, arrived within two days fully prepared to perform the work; and 3) completed all needed repairs within one day, to the satisifaction of both myself and more importantly, the prospective new owners.In summary, Mast was prompt, courteous, and very professional, and exhibited a strong ethical conduct from all their employees - from Kerwin the President to the admin staff and team the performed the repairs. They are excellent. Overall the work went very good. There was a distance between where he was and I was. We worked it out that when one of his guys would be in the area; he attached me to that project. I would strongly recommend him.

We initially contacted them because we had a leak in our batheoom that we knew was from the vent pipe collar. I emailed the company, they replied within 4 hours, asked great questions and requested pictures of the roof. They were very helpful, explaining what they proposed to do, how long it would take and the approximate cost. When they got on the roof, it was obvious that the collars on our other vents were also in need of replacement. Not surprising, since this was the first roof work in 18 years! They discussed our options, gave an estimate based on our description. They came when they said they would, their representative was very professional. While on the roof he noticed that the other vent collars needed to be replaced and that we had multiple areas where the shingles had deteriorated and the tarpaper was exposed. The additional cost for the collars was nominal and we felt the additional fee for the repairs was reasonable. The repairs were done and we are leak free. We also recommended this company to our nephew who hired them and was very satisfied.

The crew arrived and efficiently started work. Everyone knew exactly what their job was. The people were exceptionally easy and pleasant. They were exceptionally neat and clean every day. I had looked at six roofers, and this was the only company that would guarantee the seal on the skylight, the only company that had a Roofers Buggy (part of the reason they were so neat), and the only company that offered to clear the insulation from inside the soffit (to clear the vent holes). Mast Roofing also made improvements to our roof. For example, the original builder used thinner 1/2" plywood, instead of the proper 5/8" (our rafters are 24" on center), and some of the horizontal butt joints did not butt evenly. This was corrected by backing the joints with a short length of 2x4, and screwing the two pieces of plywood to it. In another example, the lower course of plywood on the original roof, next to the gutters, was 3"-4" short and only covered with shingles. Mast repaired this gap by repositioning the lower course to the edge of the roof, and installing new plywood in the gap then created above the lower course. Please note that while I rated Mast a B for price, I feel I got what I paid for and it was a good value. I'm convinced that another roofer would not have done such a good job, and I would not have a good a roof as I got.

We had the shades installed in June of 2008. They were on time and very professional. In February of 2009, the we had the opportunity to have new skylights put in. The condo association was having new roofs put on which we did not know about until November of 2008. We put in new skylights and had Mast Roofing come back, take the shades off the old skylights and put them on the new ones. While installing one of them, we found out that the skylight was warped and prevented the shade from closing all the way. The owner, Kerwin, contacted the Velux representative that he deals with and the Velux people came and fixed the warp in the skylight without charge. I feel that Kerwin went above and beyond what was his responsibilty to help us. Every conversation I had with him was very professional and I always felt that he wanted what was best for us.

These men were very professional and did the job extremely well. The roof no longer leaks and I am very satisfied.
