Did the work ok, in most respects. Got the job done. The problem I have with it is apparent deception. Quoted the hourly rate on the phone during initial contact. First half hour ws free estimate/troubleshooting. Thereafter, it would be $65/hour. They wore only there total one hour--no more. However, for a job this small I am not certain that two men were needed, and i was not informed in advance of two men being there. That means double the cost. Also, one guy was working while the other was on the phone for the majority of the time. Then...I asked for a receipt immediately after the job was completed, as I paid then. He refused to provide a receipt, though I repeated my request... but did e-mail one, as promised. The job only took one hour--not two hours, as was noted on the receipt--after the fact, and I was not able to dispute. As mentioned, one guy was on the phone...most of the time during the repair job. He also promised to provide a quote/proposal to replace circuit breaker box, and he has not done that yet. Also, when I tried to find him on Angie's List site to write the review, he seemed to have disappeared. However, we, as consumers, thankfully have the opportunity to identify these people, anyway. This scenario has happened in the past, where a guy just disappears from the site after the fact, evidently so that the consumer may not be able to follow through with a review. Because of the deception and failure to inform that he would bring another guy, I rated an "F" for profesionalism. I would have declined the services if I had known I would be charged double for job that oune man could do. BUYER BEWARE.
