Ted was very thorough and asked if he had questions. Cleaned up at the end of the job. I would recommend them. Job was replacing shower fixtures and redoing some of the pipes.

They came out to fix two of my toilets and caused a leak. They are now lying and saying that their technicians didn t cause the leak in my dining room. Which is a complete lie. My toilets are still broken. I would recommend using another company if you want the job done correctly. I only used them because ASH warranty sent them out. I will never use them again.

Service, courtesy, quality and cost is top drawer. They quoted me a single price and it beat competitors by hundreds of dollars for the replacement of a well tank, pressure gauge, piping and shut-off valve. Would hire again unhesitatingly!!

Identified the problem quickly. Explained what was needed and had my water flowing again. The best part is I was given suggestions and estimates for maintaining my well system. It will help avoid "emergency" issues and give me a plan. They are a great local company. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

They came to our home and did the repair the same day. We had water that evening. Their price was reasonable by comparison to other quotes we received. The technicians were courteous and hard working.

Very prompt service. We were quoted to have a well pump replaced and a leak fixed that was on the well pipe along with replacing our well tank (we had purchased elsewhere). When the job was finished they did not install the well tank and we were told that the water had to be run to get the dirt out of the lines before they could replace the tank. I thought that would have been part of the whole process but it was not.

Dave and team were fantastic. He came in offered me a solution to my water problem and then executed on that plan. When he did run into an issue he stuck with it until he got it resolved. Awesome company!!!

The cost of having them replace the well pump was on the low end of what you would expect the cost would be. When I first called them, they were able to tell me what the expected cost would be. They replaced the pump in a couple hours, but when I got home from work that night, the water pressure was not what it should have been. I called them the next day and they had someone there in a few hours to remedy the situation. We have not had any problems and are pleased with the cost and service. When we had the pump replaced 11 years ago, the cost was $1600, whereas the cost this time was only $999. I did get a quote from another company on the weekend this time around, but we would have had to wait until Monday for them to get material plus the cost would have been $4300 which is at the top end of well pump replacement costs.

the water in the shower was not as hot as previous decided the shower valve was bad replaced it and did not help

We hired the plumber from Clear Flow despite seeing negative reviews on Yelp, BBB, and other sites. We decided to give them a chance, also after seeing many positive reviews on Homeadvisor. However, we now realize that we should have trusted the majority. The plumber came and after 2 hours, still did not fix the clog. After making an excuse as to why he could not finish the job, he said we had to pay for the time he spent, then left. Very unsatisfied with the service.
