I hired this company to paint my kitchen cabinets navy blue. Phil is probably the most professional, meticulous contractor that I have ever worked with. He displayed unbelievable knowledge over the work he did and the end product shows it. He did a full detailed estimate, told me when he could do the work and then finished the work without interruption. I would highly recommend this company.

I could not be happier with my cabinet refacing that Phil did. My cabinets turned out beautiful. He was courteous, punctual, professional, not to mention - meticulous. He started on the day he said he would and completed the job in the timeframe he said he would - and I rarely knew he was there, even while working from home. I found Phil Cavanagh (NEPA Remodeling) by doing an internet search for kitchen cabinet refacing in the Wilkes-Barre / Scranton area. I am extremely happy I found NEPA Remodeling since Phil made my kitchen look brand new. I had a lot of home renovations done this past month and I am happiest the way my kitchen turned out. Phil is very knowledgeable and a stickler for detail. He offered suggestions, explained the work he would be doing, and was very fair in price. And above all, he is a real gentleman. Phil did amazing work. He recently built a deck in our backyard. He worked through the heat wave, 12 hour days, to make sure he got it done. Great work ethic, courteous, and very thorough with the process from start to finish. Also, high quality work. Highly recommend NEPA Remodeling!

Phil claims he has 15 years experience in remodeling, I doubt it. The project was suppose to take 4 weeks however after 11 weeks still not complete. We has more uneven tiles in the foyer than tiles that are even. The kitchen also has several un even tiles. The tile in the foyer was not grouted by door ways. Kitchen walls has many flaws such at ridges, bumps and drip marks all over. He never put any putty in the screw holes in the cabinets. The lights in the kitchen were suppose to be on a dimmer apparently he doesn't know how to install a dimmer because the lights would flicker and blink with both dimmers he installed yet after having someone else install one there has been no problems with the lights. I have paint on the edge of my new cabinets as well as a gap between the cabinets and wall. He kept promising the work was almost over but there was no end in sight. He clearly does not know how to tile, fix walls, paint etc. Phil used my house as a learning experience in which I heard him instructing his workers how to do the work which he obviously didn't know himself. After the 11 weeks and a lot of mistakes and broken promises we told him not to come back even though we already paid him. Now we have to pay someone else to redo to work Phil screwed up. BEWARE of using this business.
