ROUTE 8 AUTO SALES

Purchased a 2011 Chevy Impala with 120,000 miles for $7995.00 with $1500.00 down. While test driving I noticed the transmission slipping. They agreed to have it sent out and looked at. They "fixed" it supposedly, still to this day has a bad tranny. The first month I had vehicle it broke down twice! When calling Route 8 for help or suggestions they told me "sorry theres nothing we can do-call the warranty company!" I was stranded with my 2 toddler aged children in the dead of winter and they wouldn't even offer a tow truck phone number! By Nov.2012 (a year later) I only owed $1,000 and had put over $4,800 in this vehicle. Everything from entire muffler system (catylitic convertor and all) , mass oxygen flow sensors, ignition coils, wheel bearings, tir rod ends, coil packs, etc, etc etc has been replaced and still this vehicle is running with no power and check engine light on! I have had 4 break downs where the car wont start or has shut off and left me and my children stranded! I call them everytime and they offer no guidance and do not even feel one bit bad! I have pai over $13,400for this car(plus rental costs each time totaling over $1,500) and could have had a brand new 2012 car for that price! As of next week I will have it paid off and have full intentions of purchasing another used car from a different used car dealer! I have also purchased 2 other vehicles from Route 8 Auto and same story-horrible cars, high-mileage, and money pits! "Quality Runnung Vehicles"---this advertisment is FALSE!!!!
