+ -1 morethe contractor has been reported to the attorney general's office and a case file has been issued and an inspector has been assigned to the case and will be investigating the extortion and fraud. The case is still pending legal resolution. The business also operates under the unlicensed name: Chief Construction And the business associate of Patrick Brown is Christian Fulmer 814-758-2648
Description of Work: Built a porch without a permit out of code violations and is unlicensed. Demolished the porch and then extorted more money or would not complete the job he he was not paid Independent inspector also reports unsafe low grade materials were substituted. Reported from inspector was that demolition was unnecessary and contractor used fraud to create business.
