Well, since I've had a lot of work done from him I will tell you about when he fixed my water heater. I don't go into my basement very often so it's sorta messy, he had no problem with going down and taking the old heater out. He came down almost as soon as I called because I didn't know how to turn the water off. I trusted him to get whatever water heater he thought would work for me and he put it in and removed the old one for me also he got the majority of the water off the floor out.
