It went excellent. They worked straight through in bad weather from start to finish to complete the job. I would get home at night and Joe and his team would work to 6 - 6:30 at night. Joe and his guy's are old school workers. He even regraded sections of the lawn that he did not have to do but since he had the equipment there he did it when he finished the job! The best part of this story is i did not know about him. I hired another Septic Company who subbed the job to Joe Walls. It worked out great for us that he ended up doing the job. We got a quality install and now we are going to use him in the future for any issues.

The work went well. It went smoothly. They completed on time. It took four day to complete. They cleaned up the area. They planted grass seed as well.

Joseph Walls was onsite for the project. He handled all of the permitting, and the permits were at my home the day digging commenced. While the internet cable was inadvertently cut due to Comcast not taking the time to mark it, Joe went out and returned with parts to splice the cable to allow internet/cable/phone access. Very professional.

Once we determined we had to get a septic system put in to replace our cess pool, we did a fair amount of research, getting references, and estimates from a number of providers of septic system excavation. I contacted the references and we were happy with what we heard from his references. In the design and testing stage Joe was very helpful in explaining the work to be done and in providing a simple, straight forward design. We also appreciated his assistance in getting our project through the approval process, and the timeliness in getting the new system in place. They also got their excavation equipment in and out on a tight corner without breaking down the driveway or requiring tree work. As that was in November, the grass seed provided did not get a chance to put down roots, so we have recently contacted him to come back to re-seed.
