 + -1 moreHad a faucet leaking hot water. Came, looked, said he'd be back. Days go by, no call. I call him, he says he is having trouble finding the part. Another week goes by. I call him, still "having trouble finding the part". I ask him to least come out and cap the pipe so I'm not pouring hot water down the drain. He agrees to hang up and call my wife to schedule a time. No call. I look up the part, call the manufacturer, get a part number in 15 minutes. Ordered the part and had it in about 3 days. The guy is useless. If he is too busy to do the work he should tell the customer to find someone else.
Description of Work: No services were rendered because he could not seem to order a common part or make a return phone call after three reminders.
