Sales Trpresentative was great. The delivery took s long time to finsly get our sofa. The delivery process did go well.

Did not show on day promised. Went to wrong address 15 minutes away, then refused to bring the furniture-they returned it to warehouse instead. It took 3 weeks for them to reschedule furniture delivery. I requested delivery fee be refunded-they refused.
Finally delivered damaged furniture. Refused to take it back. Said they had to send a repair man. Weeks later repair man shows up and said it is unrepairable. Now they still refuse to refund my money, insisting that I drive all the to their store,which is only open on weekends, and select another dining set as they no longer carry this one, to replace the damaged one.
