They did everything they promised to do, moving the work earlier in May when my schedule opened up. They were also kind enough to remove a basketball post I no longer wanted that was next to the parking area at no additional charge. The concrete work looks good, smooth and professional and graded appropriately to ensure water runoff in the right directions, though it won't be set enough to drive on for a few more days.
The one issue I had was with the sealer they applied after the concrete was poured and smoothed. It had an unpleasant chemical smell, but the big problem was that it turned out to be moderately toxic. I went out to talk to the contractor while they were spraying, and it turned out that I was allergic to the sealant. Within an hour or two after exposure, I developed a nasty rash on my face and hands which necessitated two visits to the doctor. The Surra workers said they have never had a reaction to this sealant even though they wore no protective gear while spraying. But if you have sensitive skin, you should make sure not to be anywhere in the vicinity while they are spraying, or for a while afterward, until the spray has settled.

I was extremely happy with the work performed by Surra Contracting. It was done on time and in budget. The workers were very courteous and knew their business. There will be lower price options out there, but I would still agree to use Surra since the price is definitely worth it.
