They did a real fine job. The quality of their work was top notch and they all seemed to know what they were doing on the job. They started and were able to finish right on time. My bathroom looks great now.

Excellent work - most professional. A single foreman was assigned to the job resulting in good communications and a clear point of contact. Fisher is most responsive, they use email to communicate (very convenient since we were never present during the day) and responded to all queries in a timely manner ranging from almost immediately to never more than a day. This allowed all questions to be resolved easily. When one aspect of the plumbing was incorrectly installed it was fixed within a few days based on only a single email communication (great service). The only negative is that I feel that the job took a bit longer than it should have. We provided a desired completion date (90 days) which was missed by about 20+ working days. Some scheduling could have been tightened up. This was not critical in our case, and Fisher was nonetheless responsive to a final deadline imposed by external constraints. This should in no way discourage anyone from employing Fisher.

I WILL FOR SURE USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN UP WELL, AND DO OUTSTANDING WORK. THE SUBCONTRACTORS THEY USED DID A GREAT JOB TOO. OVERALL, A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THEY ALSO GAVE US AN ITEMIZED BILL TO HELP EXPLAIN THE CHARGES. THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS EXCELLENT AND WAS VERY REFRESHING.
