Ordered floral arrangement based on Teleflora picture 10 days prior to delivery and asked that good chocolates be included. I was told I would be advised of price and brand of candy. I never had a call from the florist, so on Thursday prior to delivery date, I called and owner said he paid $16 for candy but could not recall the brand name. Flowers and candy were delivered and I was never made aware of overall cost that was being placed on my credit card. When the individual received the flowers, they were a far cry from what I ordered. (she sent me a picture) My order was for a yellow/cream arrangement. The delivered arrangement was predominately orange with pink and some cream roses and the container was glass whereas it should have been a silver cube. Still not knowing the cost that I was being billed, I checked my credit card billing and found that I was charged $87.73 for what should have been $66.82.....$39.95 flowers, $16.00 candy, $6.95 local delivery (amount listed on their website), and $3.92 tax. I called him about the $20.91 difference and was told he would credit my card for the amount. A week later, there has been no credit issued. These are the reasons I rated the business LOUSY.

Gorgeous flowers, and very unique to the service. They have excellent arrangements.
