He is really good. He is very fair. I thought I didn't pay him enough, so I went out to his truck and was going to pay him $10 more and he told me, "No way".

The work was completed in approximately 5 hours. Freddie and his associate were professional and quickly went about the business of replacing and installing the lighting and ceiling fans we had purchased. They made sure everything was in working order and did a great job of clean up.

Freddie did a great job installing a ceiling fixture and troubleshooting outlet problems on a rental property. A hallway light fixture needed to be replaced and the tenant was having difficulty with breakers being tripped whenever a vacuum was plugged in. I contacted Freddie at West Hills Electric one evening (2 weeks ago) and he had availability the following day. The tenant coordinated with Freddie the best time to come and the job was completed to everyone's complete satisfaction within a day or two. He even gave me a price to replace and bring all of the electrical outlets up to speed! I was amazed at how quickly and professionally the work was performed and and I will definitely use West Hills Electric for all of my electrical needs! This company is the best!

After a bad experience with another AL provider, so I called Freddie at West Hills Electric. He was ready to come out the next day, but had to wait until my schedule allowed. Called on a Tuesday and they were here Wednesday morning at the appointed time. They diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than an hour. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Freddie has been easy to reach via the phone and quick to return my calls.  He  and his helper came to our house as scheduled and quickly finish the work.  Very pleasant to work with and very reasonable price for their quality work.  I highly recommend Freddie for any electrical work.

We were trying to replace the fixtures on our own but it became too complicated.  I called them at 3:11 PM today.  They showed up around 4:00 PM and were finished in an hour. Would definitely call them again.  Excellent service.

Everything was great. The work was done, I have no complaints about that. I think the $120 to put in a couple of outlets, they were in and out in hour it's little crazy but they did the job. The price was not reasonable and that's been a lot more than I thought I should have paid.

Very professional. Explains everything when bidding the job and performing the job Freddie and his assistant were meticulous and neat. I am very happy with the work, the price, the respect for my house/kitchen, and Freddie's honesty. This is the type of man and business we are on Angies list for.

Freddy and Dave did a great job. The estimate, work, and completion were done very prompt and punctual.
The quality of the wiring was Grade A and Freddy helped a lot in simplifying my lighting plan and ensuring everything was wired safely.

One of the best people we have ever had in our house. I would trust him to do anything in our home. He comes in and finds out what we want done, we discuss multiple ways it could be done, he offers a lot of suggestions( which we really appreciate because it is usually things we had never thought of) He returns and gets to work. His work is meticulous and top notch. We love everything he does.

Fred and his assistant arrived in the time window scheduled. They were immediately ready to go and got to work. He had also already requested the proper permit. The total job took about 7 hours and I felt he did very good quality work.

He kept the cost to his original estimate and the estimate seemed to be a fair price based on my research. I also went with him as he had previously helped us out with the temporary fix when the breaker originally went bad and didn't gouge us for that job.

I was referred to West Hills Electric from my home warranty company. He called within the timeframe given by the company. He tried to assist in diagnosing the problem over the phone (in case he could assist in troubleshooting to save me from paying for a service visit). He also recommended that I call to have the power company check their connection (again, to save me from paying for an unnecessary call). After assessing the issue was in my electrical panel, he was able to visit within 24 hours. He was able to put in a temporary fix and advised that a permanent fix was necessary in the very near future. He gave me his cost estimate on the spot (which I learned was very reasonable for the work that needs to be done), but said I could shop around. And he only charged me for the home warranty deductible, knowing that the warranty wouldn't cover the repair he wasn't going to gouge me with a big bill (as I was only expecting to pay the deductible).

They were okay and did a good job.

We've used West Hills Electric for years, and they're consistently excellent. The work we had done in December allowed us to move our laundry room. Fred was, as always, helpful, on time, and thorough. He thinks things through, making sure that the job turns out the way you want it.

I found Fred to be very professional. Additionally, he never told me that he couldn't do something, or what couldn't be done, but he owned the problem and came up with innovative solutions to solve it, all in a timely manner. I also found him to be very concerned with safety, both for his workers, and for the home. He actually provided some additional work to ensure that nearby electrical cords wouldn't accidentally hang too low over the heater. All in all, he did the type of job that I would take pride in, if I were able to do it myself. I just can't ask for more out of a contractor.

Promptly, efficiently. They did the entire installation, so I didn't have to call in a carpenter for mounting of heater.
