 + 2 moreWe provided two separate lists of work to be performed, so work was estimated and performed at two different times. Estimates were accurate, contractor was responsive, turn around time was quick, work was neat and tidy - everything was as expected. Price was probably not the lowest, but was not out of line in any way for work performed - felt we got quality and value in return.
Description of Work: Performed a variety of services over two separate work dates: - Mounted a plasma TV above a fireplace, with HDMI and power sources concealed - Installed a new 6-panel door, frame, and trim work in master bath - Installed small tile area (4'x4') at garage entry into finished basement - Subcontracted for a few miscellaneous plumbing fixes (new kitchen faucet & filter, drain stopper in powder rm, loose shower head stem, replaced several leaky supply lines.

 + 0 moreVery responsive. Upfront and accurate about time from door order to install (6 weeks on the dot). Needed to wait until the forecast was cooperative, but as soon as weather allowed, door work began. Estimate was very close (slightly higher as we added some finish upgrades after original estimate). Work was done exactly as promised, guys were professional and offered good suggestions, area was kept very clean at the end of each day. Prior wood entry door and trim was rotting away due to exposure to the elements; so some minor work was done to remove deteriorating internal support pieces once old door was removed. Have received many, many compliments on the end result. Already have contractor lined up to do additional work.
Description of Work: Replaced entire front entry door, including sidelights and all trim work. Also replaced transom with solid finish work (transom was a custom size and doing another one was cost prohibitive). He suggested a design for exterior and interior trim work, including the large space where the transom previously was, and the after getting our buy in on the design, the result was terrific.

 + -1 moreDID NOT FINISH JOB. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COME BACK TO FINISH BUT DID NOT. HE SAYS HE WILL 'GET TO IT.' VERY SLOPPY WOODWORK AND PATCHED HOLES IN WALL. NEVER SANDED OR PAINTED.
