RON WATTERS AUTOMOTIVE INC

Have used Ron Watters for a number of years, servicing all of my vehicles. They are great to work and very honest. When I take a car in for inspection I tell them if repairs are required to pass the inspection, just do the repair, no need to call me.

As we were setting the appointment I explained that I would need the work done by month end for inspection, the older man, it turns out was the father said he had to speak to his son to see if he could fit me in.  When the phone line came back on I could hear the son yelling at the father "I don't care who he is tell him forget it!"  At that point the father said "I guess you heard that, I don't make the rules, if you still want the tires to get put on somewhere else let me know."  
At that point I hung up the phone.  This place is a good example why family owned businesses have been stamped out by big-box companies - you pay less and they move heaven and earth to accommodate you.

I have used Watters Automotive for years, and they have never steered me (pardon the pun!) wrong. They are a throwback to another era when it comes to both quality and service. While this may mean a slightly longer wait time to get my car into the shop, I always leave with a sense that I have been treated fairly. They never fail to provide an adequate explanation of what they're doing or the rationale behind associated costs. Heck - they've even and quot;deliveredand quot; my car when it was finished in the shop! In all my years of living, nowhere have I felt more valued as a customer than at Watters Automotive. Truly, Ron and Ron (father and son) are a top-notch men who care a great deal about cars and customers.

It's a family run business, and they are just great. They are really good, really reliable and they are fantastic people. Their charges are very reasonable, and I trust them. They won't do anything that I don't need, and if they find anything that may be a problem for me, they tell me about it. If anybody needs auto service, they should go to these people, their quality of work is excellent.

He is awesome. I've been taking my vehicles to him for years and years. When I get a new car, we take them to Ron Watters. I took my truck in because the A/C system wasn't working and the passenger window went off track so he fixed those problems.
