Mr. Welsch was prompt in providing an estimate for our shower door and enclosure. He explained all of the options and discussed what would best fit our needs rather than promote extras that we did not need. His bid was very reasonable and we chose him to do the work. Within a few weeks he came and did a great job of installing the glass enclosure and door for our shower. The installation looks great and included notching our quarts seat in the shower. We would definitely use Mr. Welsch for any additional work of this type. We were especially appreciative of the timeliness of his response to our request for a quote and completion of the work.

Very pleased. It was for my husband's bathroom and the shower door was a surprise. Robert helped to select the door, ordered, picked up and installed door. And, he gave us a year warranty on workmanship.

Bob did a great job. He was responsive, was able to stop by in short order to give me an estimate and he set excellent expectations on how long it would take to order and receive the doors and also do the installation. He was professional the entire time and did a great job on the cleanup and looking over the finished work after we were done. Not everyone gives this much attention and pride to their work and he was top notch.

Bob helped me with the design and choice of materials. I really appreciated the advice. His recommendations were perfectly suited to my design plan. He came through when the 'big box store' let me down (ignored me for six months) about warranty work on a previously installed shower door. He ordered the part and completed the work promptly, making the shower door as good as new.

It went very well. Bob was on time and prepared. He was detail oriented, professional, and explained the project to me from start to finish. After the shower doors were installed, he cleaned everything up back to its original state. I would recommend Bob Welsch to anyone who is looking to replace/upgrade their shower doors.

He was friendly, efficient, and did an outstanding job and never complained about my old, poorly built house but found a way to make his work perfect. He was punctual, polite, respectful, and cleaned up after himself. I had ordered one door, assuming that it could be locked with a key from the outside, but discovered that it could not. Mr. Welsch returned and install a lock without any additional charges.
