This was a home warranty call. I place the call on a Saturday and they got back to me Sunday saying they could be there around 2 on Wednesday. The technician showed up at 430. He looked at the thermostat and then his phone and said, well the warehouse just closed. luckily we didn't need any pieces and he was able to fix the thermostat quickly. He also serviced the AC unit and indicated we needed freon which we agreed to. He even made suggestions on how to install our new thermostat.

Mark Turner of Pittsburgh Comfort Tech is our hero. His crew came in to our rental apartment and got a Home Depot mini split up and running in less than 1 1/2 hours. The unit was installed by my husband who is a home contractor after a line was run by a professional electrician. Mark had no qualms about working on a system that was installed by someone else (even if it did come from Home Depot) and his price was very reasonable. We have used his services for rental properties over the years and have always been extremely happy.

Everything went very well. Mark took the time to explain what he was doing which I appreciated. The heat has been working fine ever since he was here.

Very courteous, clean, and professional. Explained all work in advance, estimate of costs was accurate. They struggled with programming new thermostat and returned to reprogram. I am very happy with their work and with their responses.

They always do a good job for me. The only thing is they don't give an exact time for their arrival. They only give a range of time and if they are running behind they will call me. I have been very happy with Mark and his service.

MARK HAD COMPLETED OUR A/C PROJECT WITH WHOLE HOUSE AIR TO OUR SATISFACTION. THE UNIT (A CARRIER UNIT) FAILED, BUT THE UNIT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY COMPLETED BY PITTSBURGH COMFORT TECH. MARK IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY GENEROUS PERSON WITH HIS TIME AND EXPLANATIONS OF HIS KNOWLEDGE.
