My engagement ring (of 34 years) lost a prong. They repaired it and then polished the ring to perfection and it's looked like the day he proposed! The other ring also lost a prong but needed more significant repair as the whole head had to be replaced. Again it looked brand new when I got it back. They were prompt and friendly. They rings were ready when they said they would be and they were right on with their estimate for cost.
