When we asked for an appointment right before Easter, he said he was all booked up from people wanting their cars cleaned for Easter. He could give us an appointment the day after Easter. We told him we were going out of town for the holiday so that would not be an issue for us. But we did ask him if we could drop our car off before we left town and pick it up on our return so that he could do it whenever he had time during that week. He said, of course. So I dropped it off, he drove me home (2 minutes from our house) and the day we came home it was spic and span. He called us and then delivered it to us. All I had to do was drive him back.. We had used this company at least twice in the past and they were always that accommodating. The price was higher than the special you had at the same time, but the convenience was worth the extra amount. We always do recommend this company to our neighbors.

I was told that the majority of car wash scratches I had asked to be removed had come out. When I picked up the car it looked great. But within a week or so all of the scratches had returned.

Carbucks did an excellent job detailing the interior of my car. The interior of my car had gotten wet and had a mildewy odor on hot days. I got an appointment for the week after I called, I was given a ride back to my office when I dropped the car off in the morning, and it was ready to be picked up shortly after lunchtime. My car is six years old and it's leather interior and carpet had never been cleaned. Carbucks not only got the carpet clean and removed the odor, but the rest of the interior looks brand new. (The outside was also washed!) We would definitely use them again.
