Showed up on time, and was friendly and professional throughout. Showed me where the problem areas were and told me what he was doing to fix it. The job was done in a timely manner, and the work areas were clean.

Benny arrived on time with his assistant and got right to work. We was very polite and personable. He was very careful to not make a mess. He performed the cleaning in the stove and through the top and bottom of the chimney. He seemed to do a very thorough job and cleaned up after himself. I will continue to use him and I recommend him to everyone.
