Good Faith Construction

Back in July the original structure was torn down. From this point I was told that we were waiting on a permit. It got to be September and there was still no word on the permit so I called the city inspectors office to see if a permit had been filed for. According to the inspector he was waiting for them to send over drawings and materials lists before he could sign off on a permit. The permit wasn't granted until Dec. 4th. It took a long time for them to remove the dirt when they finally did start work and they didn't get a dumpster to remove the dirt and it has been left in the yard. At this point they keep on putting off the job, I've already paid over $5,000, and all I have to show for it is a pile of dirt in my yard.

i had a great experience with good faith construction.  i have only good things to say about bob and his employees.  my bedroom window was leaking for several months and i could not get any one to come and give me an estimate to fix or tell me what was wrong. my friend referred me to good faith construction and the owner was out to check out my problem the following day. i hired him to replace my asphalt roof.  As soon as they finished the roof i asked him to give me a quote to install new vinyl siding and gutters. he gave me a great quote and i once again hired him for the siding. After the siding was completed i figured he was my contractor for life. he was the best.  he discussed the in's and out's of what he was going to fix and the what if's.  the entire crew always showed up in a timely fashion and were respectful and presentable.  Last, i had him perform restoration in my basement. he replaced all wet drywall and wood framing. he installed a french drain and installed a beautiful bar and cabinet area.
